A gift sure to be enjoyed, ROE’s gift set includes 50 grams of caviar, a key to open, and a mother of pearl spoon presented in a custom wooden box. ROE uses only American white sturgeon caviar, sustainably farmed by aquaculture in Northern California and optimally selected for size, firmness, color, and taste. ROE caviar is salted for one month to ensure freshness while simultaneously enhancing its flavor. The result is a caviar that is exceptionally fresh with buttery, briny, and nutty undertones. Free of preservatives and borax, which are typical for European caviars.
