Caught via hook-and-line by a family fishery on the Gold Coast of Australia, our wild Ahi Tuna is number one grade (a.k.a. Sushi Grade). Flown in fresh by our sister company, Flannery Seafood, our fish is days fresher than the typical supply chain thanks to our wholesale positioning. Prepare simply on the grill or stovetop. Alternatively, enjoyed raw as sashimi or in other dishes.
