Unloaded at the dock of our sister company, Flannery Seafood, our ling cod is caught locally off the San Francisco coast. It’s also days fresher than the typical supply chain thanks to our wholesale positioning. A white fish, with a mild flavor, ling cod is delicious on its own grilled or baked. Because of it’s mild flavor, it’s also well-suited to many seafood dishes with more complex sauces or flavorings.
