Flown in fresh from New Brunswick, one of the most prized region for oysters, our beausoleil oysters are ultra-fresh with a sweet, briny flavor. Arriving to you live in closed shell, each oyster is size small, about 3″ in shell length. Note, these require two days notice as we fly these in fresh to order.
