How do I track my order?

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email that contains your tracking number. You can also check your order by logging into your account or checking the status as a guest order. 

Does someone need to sign for delivery?

A signature is not required for delivery.

Our goods are packed in perishable-protective materials and ice-packs that account for delays in shipping. In most cases your delivery will be safe if left on your doorstep through the end of arrival day.

What is your return policy?

Due the perishable nature of our goods, we cannot accept returns. If you received something damaged or in poor condition, we would be happy to work with you on a refund or credit. Please reach out by email [email protected] or phone us at 415-752-0179.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all 50 states. 

Can I pick up my order in your store?

Yes. In-store pick-up is available Monday-Saturday. All orders are ready at 2pm and may be collected anytime 2-6pm on your scheduled pick-up day. Order by 10am PST to pick-up same day. You may schedule pick-up up to 7 days in advance.

Our retail store is open 9am-6pm Monday-Saturday and located at 3445 California St, San Francisco, CA 94118. Simply inform any Bryan’s team member you would like to collect your online order.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

All orders ship overnight via UPS. Orders delivery Tuesday-Saturday. We do not deliver on Sunday or Monday.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

We currently do not offer same-day home delivery, but we do allow same-day customer pick-up in our San Francisco store. Order by 10am PST to collect in-store same-day. In-store pick-up is available Monday-Saturday.

Can I order for a future date?

Yes, you can order up to 7 days in advance. In-store pick-up is available Monday-Saturday. Home delivery is available Tuesday-Saturday.

Holiday order information and deadlines will be posted closer to the holiday season.

I did not receive my order.

My order was delayed or left out. Is it safe to eat?

Our goods are packed in perishable-protective materials and ice-packs. We account for extra delays in our packing and shipping. In most, cases your delivery will be safe if left on your doorstep through the end of arrival day or if it arrives one day late (2 total days of transit). 

Can I freeze the meat and fish in my order?

Yes. Should you wish to save your items for future, our meat and seafood is freezer safe and ready. Simply place in freezer in existing packaging.

Is there an order minimum?

There is no order minimum.
