What if I want to change or cancel my order?

Call us at 415-752-0179 (Mon-Sat, 9am-6pm) or email us anytime at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee changes due to product availability and advanced ordering. However, our team will work with you to make sure you are happy with your order.

When can I pick-up my order in-store?

For orders Monday-Saturday, orders can be collected anytime 2pm-6pm. For orders on Christmas Eve (Sunday, 12/24), orders can be collected 9am-1pm. Can’t make it? Call us and we will hold your order for pick-up anytime the following business day.

Our normal hours are 9am-6pm Monday-Saturday. On Christmas Eve (Sunday, 12/24) we will be open 9am-1pm.

Note, we are closed every Sunday (except for Christmas Eve, 12/24). In addition, we are closed Christmas Day (12/25), the day after Christmas (12/26), and New Years Day (1/1).

When is the last day to order for Christmas?

To receive by Christmas, the last day to order for home delivery is Thursday, December 21st at 10am PST. The last day to order for in-store pick-up is Saturday, December 23rd at 10am PST. If you missed these cut-offs, you can always shop in-store without a pre-order.

When is the last day to order for New Years Eve?

To receive by New Years Eve, the last day to order for home delivery is Thursday, December 28th at 10am PST. The last day to order for in-store pick-up is Friday, December 29th at 10am PST. If you missed these cut-offs, you can always shop in-store without a pre-order.

When do holiday delivery orders arrive?

As Christmas arrives on a Monday this year , the final delivery day before Christmas is Friday, 12/22. Rest assured your food will still remain fresh to serve on Christmas Day. While uncommon, we purposely leave Saturday 12/23 as a buffer day for a second delivery attempt should your package be delayed due to the busy holiday season. 

Christmas in-store pick-up is available December 20th-24th. 

At check-out, you are able to select your desired date for delivery and pick-up. Note, pick-up hours are 2pm-6pm Monday-Saturday. For Christmas Eve only pick-ups hours are 9am-1pm.

Do you guarantee delivery before the holiday?

We cannot guarantee delivery on your scheduled day or before the holidays, so we recommend scheduling delivery a day earlier than needed. However, the dates provided for holiday orders are designed to ensure you receive everything in advance of the actual holiday. We purposely do not offer delivery the day before any holiday as a carrier delay would result in the delivery arriving after the holiday. All of our items are packed to last more than 48 hours in transit, even though orders are scheduled to arrive within 24 hours. That means, if your order arrives one day late, it is still safe to eat.

What if my shipped order is delayed?

We cannot guarantee delivery on your scheduled day or before the holidays, so we recommend scheduling delivery a day earlier than needed. All of our items are packed to last more than 48 hours in transit, even though orders are scheduled to arrive within 24 hours. This means if you’re items arrive one day late due to carrier delays, they are still kept at a safe temperature.

If your order arrives two or more days late, contact us and we will work with you to determine if the product is safe to eat or find a replacement.

How do the platter and catering orders arrive?

If you are ordering for in-store pick-up, the items will be plated for you similar to the images shown on our site. If you are ordering for delivery, the items will arrive to you individually packaged for you to assemble on your own platters.
