What if I want to change or cancel my order?

Call us at 415-752-0179 (Mon-Sat, 9am-6pm) or email us anytime at customerservice@bryansmarket.com. We cannot guarantee changes due to product availability and advanced ordering. However, our team will work with you to make sure you are happy with your order.

When can I pick-up my order in-store?

Your order can be picked up anytime 2pm-closing on your scheduled pick-up day. Can’t make it? Call us and we will hold your order for pick-up anytime the following business day.

Our normal closing hour is 6pm. On Christmas Eve (12/24) and New Years Eve (12/31) we will close at 5pm.

Note, we are closed every Sunday. In addition, we are closed Christmas Day (12/25), the day after Christmas (12/26), and New Years Day (1/1).

When is the last day to order for Christmas?

To receive by Christmas, the last day to order for home delivery is Wednesday, December 21st at 10am PST. The last day to order for in-store pick-up is Friday, December 23rd at 10am PST. However, we recommend ordering as early as possible as all items have limited quantities. 

When is the last day to order for New Years Eve?

To receive by New Years Eve, the last day to order for home delivery is Wednesday, December 29th at 10am PST. The last day to order for in-store pick-up is Friday, December 30th at 10am PST. However, we recommend ordering as early as possible as all items have limited quantities. 

When do holiday delivery orders arrive?

Christmas home delivery is available on December 20, 21st, and 22nd. New Years home delivery is available on December 28th and 29th. 

Christmas in-store pick-up is available December 20th-24th. New Years in-store pick is available December 27th-30th.

At check-out, you are able to select your desired date for delivery and pick-up. Note, pick-up hours are 2pm-closing. 

Do you guarantee delivery before the holiday?

We cannot guarantee delivery on your scheduled day or before the holidays, so we recommend scheduling delivery a day earlier than needed. However, the dates provided for holiday orders are designed to ensure you receive everything in advance of the actual holiday. We purposely do not offer delivery the day before any holiday as a carrier delay would result in the delivery arriving too late. All of our items are packed to last more than 48 hours in transit, even though orders are scheduled to arrive within 24 hours. That means, if your order arrives one day late, it is still safe to eat.

What if my shipped order is delayed?

We cannot guarantee delivery on your scheduled day or before the holidays, so we recommend scheduling delivery a day earlier than needed. All of our items are packed to last more than 48 hours in transit, even though orders are scheduled to arrive within 24 hours. This means if you’re items arrive one day late due to carrier delays, they are still kept at a safe temperature.

If your order arrives two or more days late, contact us and we will work with you on a replacement.

How do the platter and catering orders arrive?

If you are ordering for in-store pick-up, the items will be plated for you similar to the images shown on our site. If you are ordering for delivery, the items will arrive to you individually packaged for you to assemble on your own platters.
