What if I want to change or cancel my order?

Call us at 415-752-0179 (Mon-Sat, 9am-6pm) or email us anytime at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee changes due to product availability and advanced ordering. However, our team will work with you to make sure you are happy with your order.

When do holiday home delivery orders arrive?

Due to Christmas falling on a Wednesday and the desire to make sure you receive your orders in time, all home delivery Christmas orders will be for delivery on Thursday, December 19th. Roasts and all meat will be pre-frozen, but can be placed in your fridge upon delivery to thaw until the 25th. Because these orders ship early and frozen, fish and produce will not be available for these orders. However, shellfish, including crab, will be available and shipped frozen. Cheese, prepared foods, poultry, and other more lasting or freezable products will be also be available.

Note, if you select an earlier date without “Christmas Pre-Order” attached, your items will arrive fresh and not frozen. 

For in-store pick-up orders, meat and other items will be fresh as usual. Pick-up is available December 23rd, 24th, or earlier. 

When can I pick-up my order in-store?

Pick-up is available December 23rd, 24th, or earlier. For orders Monday-Saturday, orders can be collected anytime 2pm-6pm. For orders on Christmas Eve, orders can be collected 9am-5pm. Can’t make it? Call us and we will hold your order for pick-up anytime the following business day.

Our normal hours are 9am-6pm Monday-Saturday. On Christmas Eve, we will be open 9am-5pm.

Note, we are closed every Sunday. In addition, we are closed Christmas Day, the day after Christmas (12/26), and New Years Day.

When is the last day to order for Christmas?

The order deadline for home delivery is Monday, December 16th at 10am. For in-store pick-ups, the deadline is Monday, December 23rd at 10am. If you missed these cut-offs, you can always shop in-store without a pre-order. If you are looking for a delivery order, call us at 415-752-0179 and we will see what we can do.

When is the last day to order for New Years Eve?

Due to our shipping schedule and the way the holidays fall this year, there will be no shipping between Christmas and New Years. For any New Years home delivery orders, please use our Christmas Pre-Order delivery on December 19th. Thus, the order deadline for home delivery is Monday, December 16th at 10am.

In-store pick-up will be available December 30th and 31st. For in-store pick-ups, the deadline is Tuesday, December 31st at 10am. If you missed these cut-offs, you can always shop in-store without a pre-order.

Do you guarantee delivery before the holiday?

We cannot guarantee delivery on your scheduled day. However, the dates provided for holiday orders are designed to ensure you receive everything in advance of the actual holiday. We purposely do not offer delivery the day before any holiday as a carrier delay would result in the delivery arriving after the holiday. All of our items are set for next day delivery and packed to last more than 48 hours in transit, even though orders are scheduled to arrive within 24 hours. That means, if your order arrives one day late, it is still safe to eat.

What if my delivery order is delayed?

We cannot guarantee delivery on your scheduled day. However, all of our items are packed to last more than 48 hours in transit, even though orders are scheduled to arrive within 24 hours. This means if your items arrive one day late due to carrier delays, they are still kept at a safe temperature. If you see your order is delayed, please contact us right away so we can work with UPS to get the package delivered.

If your order arrives two or more days late, contact us and we will work with you to determine if the product is safe to eat or find a replacement.

How do the platter and catering orders arrive?

If you are ordering for in-store pick-up, the items will be plated for you similar to the images shown on our site. If you are ordering for delivery, the items will arrive to you individually packaged for you to assemble on your own platters.
