Thanksgiving FAQ

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

Call us at 415-752-0179 (Mon-Sat, 9am-6pm) or email us anytime at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee changes due to product availability and advanced ordering. However, our team will work with you to make sure you are happy with your order.

When can I pick-up my order in-store?

Your order can be picked up anytime 2pm-closing on your scheduled pick-up day. Can’t make it? Call us and we will hold your order for pick-up anytime the following business day.

Note, our normal closing hour is 6pm. On Thanksgiving Eve (11/22), Christmas Eve (12/24), and New Years Eve (12/31) we will close at 5pm.

Note, we are closed every Sunday. In addition, we are closed Thanksgiving day (11/23), the day after Thanksgiving (11/24), Christmas Day (12/25), the day after Christmas (12/26), and New Years Day (1/1).

When is the last day to order for Thanksgiving?

The last day to order for home delivery is Monday, November 20th at 10am PST. The last day to order for in-store pick-up is Tuesday, November 21st at 10am PST. However, we recommend ordering as early as possible as all items have limited quantities. For local customers, we always have plenty of turkeys, sides, and more for those without pre-orders.

When do Thanksgiving delivery orders arrive?

Thanksgiving home delivery arrives Tuesday, November 21st.

Thanksgiving in-store pick-up is available Tuesday, November 21st and Wednesday, November 22nd. 

At check-out, you are able to select your desired date. Note, in store pick-up hours are 2pm-closing. 

Do you guarantee delivery before the holiday?

We cannot guarantee delivery on your scheduled day or before the holidays, so we recommend scheduling delivery a day earlier than needed. However, the dates provided for Holiday order are designed to ensure you receive everything in advance. We purposely do not offer delivery the day before any holidays as a carrier delay would result in the delivery arriving too late. All of our items are packed to last more than 48 hours in transit, even though orders are scheduled to arrive within 24 hours.

What if my shipped order is delayed?

We cannot guarantee delivery on your scheduled day or before the holidays, so we recommend scheduling delivery a day earlier than needed. All of our items are packed to last more than 48 hours in transit, even though orders are scheduled to arrive within 24 hours. This means if you’re items arrive one day late due to carrier delays, they are still kept at a safe temperature.

If your order arrives 2 or more days late, contact us and we will work with you on a replacement.

How do the platter and catering orders arrive?

If you are ordering for in-store pick-up, the items will be plated for you similar to the images shown on our site. If you are ordering for delivery, the items will arrive to you individually packaged for you to assemble on your own platters.

When will December Holidays and New Years ordering be available?

December Holidays and New Years advanced ordering for home delivery and in-store pick-up will be available in late November. We recommend signing up for our email newsletter  here to stay connected on holiday updates.

How long should I cook my turkey or roast?

What size turkey do I need? 

See our chart below for whole bird sizing. We also offer half turkey breasts and full turkey breasts which are great for small groups and are quicker to prepare.
