Smaller than dayboat scallops, wild Nantucket Bay scallops are considered one of the finest scallop varieties and often enjoyed raw. Although, they are just as good pan-seared or grilled. Caught on short day trips and flown in fresh to us, these scallops are ultra-fresh thanks to very little time in transit. Delicately shucked by hand, these scallops offer a distinct briny, buttery, and wildly fresh flavor. Free of preservatives.
