A prime rib roast de-boned and cut into steaks, the ribeye’s fattier composition offers a softer texture and richer flavor compared to a New York steak. Delivered here in USDA Prime grade and four weeks dry-aging for optimal flavor and tenderness. You can’t go wrong.
