Great as a gift or to stock up your own kitchen, our Bryan’s boxes are the best of our famous SF butcher counter. Items ship fresh, but can be frozen in existing packaging should you wish to save for later.

– Our Prime beef box contains 2 USDA prime boneless ribeyes (16 oz each), 2 USDA Prime New York steaks (14 oz each) and 3 USDA Prime fillet mignons (10 oz each). The ribeyes and New York steaks are dry aged for a minimum of 4 weeks for added tenderness.
