Great as a gift or to stock up your own kitchen, our Bryan’s boxes are the best of our famous SF butcher counter. Items ship fresh, but can be frozen in existing packaging should you wish to save for later.

Our American Wagyu beef box contains 2 wagyu boneless ribeyes (12 oz each), 2 wagyu New York steaks (14 oz each) and 2 wagyu fillet mignons (10 oz each). Our American Wagyu is produced by family farms throughout the US and of supreme grade. It is hormone-free, antibiotic-free, and raised on a 100% vegetarian diet. The cattle is grass-fed then grain-finished for a minimum 400 days to ensure proper marbling.
