Great as a gift or to stock up your own kitchen, our Bryan’s boxes are the best of our famous SF butcher counter. Items ship fresh, but can be frozen in existing packaging should you wish to save for later.

– Our California Wagyu beef box contains 2 wagyu boneless ribeyes (14 oz each), 2 wagyu New York steaks (16 oz each) and 2 wagyu fillet mignons (10 oz each). Produced by a small ranch in Redding, CA who mainly export to Japan, this Supreme Grade wagyu beef is marbled to perfection. The ribeyes and New York steaks are dry aged for a minimum of 4 weeks for added tenderness.
